Joshua Hart is Director of Stop Smart Meters! He has worked in the energy industry, as a transportation planner, environmental advocate, and freelance journalist. Growing out of the grassroots group Scotts Valley Neighbors Against Smart Meters, started in June 2010, Stop Smart Meters! has now evolved into an advocacy, media outreach, and direct action organization providing activism consultation and advice to dozens of local groups sprouting up who are fighting the wireless ’smart’ meter assault. We’ll discuss how the smart meter debacle is a huge threat to our health, safety, privacy, and wallet. Also, how it is an opportunity for spying, centralized power and corporate control. Joshua tells us why Smart Meters are a false solution to the green movement. He’ll get into the specifics of how these meters operate. We will talk about the dangers of wireless technology, the smart grid propaganda and the inappropriate ways utility companies are demanding and enforcing the installations of these meters. Later, Joshua tells us about a utility company that has been spying, following and attempting to get info from his organization as though it is a military operation. www.redicecreations.com

Graham Andrew, who is the Special Adviser to the IAEA’s Director General on Scientific and Technical Affairs, told journalists that the situation at the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant “remains very serious.” but that there has not been a significant worsening since yesterday’s briefing. Andrew said that the condition of the spent fuel pools at units 3 and 4 remains “an important safety concern” and that “reliable validated information is still lacking on water levels and temperatures at the spent fuel ponds.” He noted that efforts are being made to restore electrical power to plant, with diesel generators already providing power for cooling for units 5 and 6. Japanese authorities have informed the IAEA that, prior to the earthquake of 12 March, the entire fuel core of reactor Unit 4 of the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant had been unloaded from the reactor and placed in the spent fuel pond located in the reactor’s building. They also informed that new International Nuclear and Radiological Event Scale (INES) ratings have been issued for some of the events relating to the nuclear emergency at the plants. Health@Google Series May 26, 2011 Presented by Dr. Daniel Siegel. Studies of physical health, emotional well-being, longevity, happiness, and even wisdom suggest that our ability to be aware of our own internal world and feel deeply connected to others is at the heart of both resilience and mental health. This ability to see the mind or to have “mindsight” is a learnable skill that stabilizes the lens through which we come to sense our feelings, thoughts, and memories. Mindsight promotes more meaningful and empathetic relationships, an integrated and flexible brain, and a coherent and resilient mind.
